I successfully unistalled Intel Bluetooth driver 20.120.2 and re-installed the OEM Intel bluetooth driver 20.110.0.3 that was provided by the MSi, the motherboard manufacturer (the WIFI and Bluetooth are onboard the MSi B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC mobo.) Neither driver functions in Windows 10 with the current settings.

I was able to fix bluetooth problem on a B550 motherboard using this instruction. Much thanks! Initially, I wasn't able to see any Bluetooth device in the device manager so had to toggle 'View hidden devices' in the View option on the toolbar, which revealed Bluetooth category.
