I’m not getting mobile network on a brand new Samsung Note 20 5G Ultra from T-mobile on 5G, 4G LTE, or 3G. I still am getting data on these bands but have zero network bars (greyed out with an X). I only see mobile network bars on 2G (EDGE). I can only make a phone call from 2G. Additionally, WIFI calling does not seem to be working even

The power button on your Samsung Galaxy Note 20 / 20 Ultra is what allows you to lock/unlock/turn on/turn off the phone. Turns out if the power button is jammed at a pressed position due to dirt, lint, or other debris. You can actually press the power button consecutively for some time to free the button and probably fix the black screen issue.
Go to Phone > More > Settings > Wi-Fi Calling. Clear your Note 20 Ultra’s cache. You can do this by booting up your phone in recovery mode. If possible, try a different SIM card and/or network on your phone. This may help determine whether you have a phone or network issue on your hands.
Samsung told me that jio 5G is not supporting in Note 20 Ultra 5G but at the time of purchase they don't told me anything even at the time of purchase sales person also don't tell me anything and inbox their no internet anything that is jio 5G is not working and on website also there are no internet anything so it's a Samsung fault I want refund my money back

When the Android symbol appears, let out all the buttons. Press the Volume Low for multiple times to feature Wipe Cache Partition. My Note 20 ultra get extremely hot 5 minutes with the camera app open nothing else in use. my phone storage memory also uses 47.7gb for memory storage & apparently it normal.I called today spoke to a customer service representative. They said most likely a update would have to be release but more people have to call to report it in, cause they I have NOTE 20 Ultra 5g. This update 5.1 has caused my phone to not charge properly.. it was perfect before the update no other issues. Had Samsung service centre tell me to change charging port, but it doesn't charge properly even on wireless charging so it is clearly a software issue. This is not an old phone and not cheap either.

Keep Charger Connected for 30 Minutes. If you have exhausted the battery to 0%, then the Galaxy Note 20 will take a few minutes to turn charge and turn on. Connect the charger to the phone and leave the phone for 30minutes to 1hour. Also, don’t try to use the phone while charging. G5uiM.
